2. Delta-8 or THC-O sold as delta-9 without saying so on the label.
3. Prices far below local dispensary averages. That gap is often unregulated oil.
4. Unlicensed delivery services that want an app transfer with no receipt.
5. Added vitamin E acetate, MCT oil, or liquidizer in homemade carts.
6. Shipping promises across state lines. Federal law has not opened that door, and sellers who guarantee it are selling you risk.

Shipping, payment, age

In the US, a legal purchase means a licensed dispensary in your state, with ID checked at the door or on delivery. Pay with a card or cash at the register. Anything that asks for gift cards, crypto, or a peer-to-peer transfer to a stranger is not a store.

Checklist before checkout
